Very individually furnished farmhouse with about 450 square meters of living space, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and an additional studio/bedroom with 100 square meters. Renovated using only old matching building materials such as wooden floors, tiles, furnishings. Authentic rural environment with chickens, pigs, countless fruit trees and old tractor. Here you can cook, relax, hike with children or friends. A young farmer couple lives on the farm. The space Hayloft of an old farm in a secluded location on a hill overlooking the Alps, built exclusively with old materials. Ancient spruce floorboards, old renovated farm beds, large kitchen... Access is via the tack room or the farmer's balcony. In summer, both kitchens can be used. In winter only the winter kitchen; the summer kitchen has a height of around 10 meters and cannot be heated below 10 degrees. Always an open ear, but I myself am rarely there. The farmer usually is. Fully managed farm with a young farmer couple who are very helpful, lots of land around, cheeky chickens, pigs, dachshunds. I like the tranquility, the view of the mountains, the fields, the good apples (12 sometimes very rare varieties that guests can pick), the cherries, the mirabelles... Soyen train station 1.5 km. Wood stoves for cozy light and warmth, two top-equipped kitchens, panoramic windows overlooking the Au. Since the farmer lives at the other end of the house, loud music is not possible, except for events by arrangement (wedding, birthday). Guest access on the field paths, to the trampoline, to the upper floor in the old stable where the ping pong table is located, into the garden house and onto the terrace behind it, on mowed fields... - Enclosures and stables may not be entered, only on request with someone from the farm...
