Nice apartment with a balcony facing west for 4 people in rural surroundings with horse husbandry The space The apartment; Welcome to our cozy apartment in the Wendland. You enter the apartment on the 1st floor through the living room which is equipped with TV, dining group and integrated kitchen. A shower room with toilet and washing facilities is adjacent to the living room like 2 separate bedrooms. In one bedroom there are 2 single beds and in the other bedroom a double bed promises relaxing holiday dreams. On the Western-facing balcony, you can start the day with a cup of coffee or tea or end the day with a glass of wine. The suitcases can be lifted up with a suitcase lift. Wonderful nature: here in the beautiful Wendland, meadows, forests , lakes, historic Rundlingsdörfer as well as the Nemitzer Heide invite you to long walks or bike rides. The high-contrast landscape is an inspiration for the senses where you can explore flora and fauna or simply relax. For horse lovers: Our horse boarding offers the active guest the opportunity to arrive with their own horse. We are happy to provide you with optionally bright horse boxes with paddock. A riding hall offers the possibility to work your horse in bad weather and in good weather the spring place and a longier seat are a real alternative in good weather. On request, you can also participate in our qualified riding lesson, whether with your own horse or a teacher with four hoops from our family. Furthermore, our family farm includes a mother cows herd with calves, two farm dogs and a cat. Active and leisure : The trampoline, ping-pong table and some bicycles can be used by our guests free of charge . Surroundings : The neighboring village of Schweskau ( 1.5 km away) offers an Edeka shopping store next to a bank. In Schmarsau there is an organic shop directly on the farm ( 5 km ). Landgasthof Rieger ( 3 km ) invites you to enjoy a seasonal meal with a good bourgeois cuisine! In the county town of Lüchow ( 12 km ) you will find all the things of everyday life such as Aldi, Lidl, pharmacies, doctors, boutiques, an ice cream parlor, fresh. Restaurants with beer gardens, a cinema, museums and the Amtsturm with its garden ...
