Enjoy a spacious 3-bedroom living space located near the beautiful Serra da Estrela region. The living space features two bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom with a bunk bed—ideal for families or small groups. Pets are very welcome, but please keep them on a lead to protect our resident cats and to ensure dogs don’t roam into other guest or private areas. The space Enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay in our traditional rural quinta near the stunning Serra da Estrela region. Please note that the property is divided into two completely independent guest houses on different floors, each with its own private entrance and separate outdoor areas. You will have exclusive use of the entire ground floor guest house. The living space offers two bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. With two private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area, and two cozy wood-burning stoves, the space provides warmth and comfort year-round. Important: Although our guesthouse is suitable for up to 6 guests, a bookings for 2 guests include access to one bedroom only and one bathroom. If you’d like to use an additional bedroom and the second bathroom, this can be arranged for an extra €10 per night — just let us know in advance. Our Quinta is a spacious, fully fenced rural property with different areas that serve both residents and guests. To help everyone enjoy their stay comfortably, here is a simple overview of how the land is organized: **Private Residential Area** Two residents (including the host) live on the Quinta. This part of the property (including the agricultural area) is private and not accessible to guests. **Guest Areas (Two Independent Units)** The guest house is divided into two completely separate living spaces, each with its own outdoor space: - Upper floor: Fully private unit with its own patio and picknick benches. - Lower floor: Fully private unit with two separate outdoor areas for dining and relaxing. Although each accommodation has its own designated outdoor space, these areas are not fenced off from one another. Because of this reason pets must be kept on a leash. This is not to restrict their freedom, but to protect: * Our resident cats * The agricultural/working areas of the farm * The privacy and comfort of other guests The property offers excellent access, secured by electric gates and private parking, ensuring convenience and peace of mind during your stay. Guests can relax in the inviting outdoor areas, including spaces for outdoor dining, BBQs, and unwinding in the peaceful garden surroundings. Set in a quiet rural location, you’re close to scenic river beaches, charming village routes, and the breathtaking landscapes of Serra da Estrela. Coimbra is within easy reach for cultural visits, making this the perfect base for both nature adventures and day-trip exploring.
