Vacation home Kyllschleife

The Kyllschleife vacation home is located in a quiet side street on the ridge of the Stiftsberg and is just steps from the former castle and the impressive collegiate church. The 180 m² house together with the 900 m² garden with outdoor pool (heated 23 degrees / usable May - September) is perfect for family reunions or joint stays with friends. Kyllburg is a good starting point for cycling tours, hikes and excursions to Trier and Luxembourg. The space The living room, kitchen and dining room/conservatory together form a large living area on the ground floor of the house. From there you have a beautiful view, large windows and direct access to the garden. Guest access Up to 7 bedrooms are available in the Kyllschleife vacation home. The rooms on the ground floor and on the first floor can always be used. Depending on the number of people, the bedrooms on the second floor are also available. Other things to note We care about the future. That is why we attach great importance to the ecological and sustainable operation of our vacation home Kyllschleife. Our heating system is operated with climate-neutral wood pellets and the photovoltaic system on the roof generates renewable electricity. With this electricity generated by the sun, we heat the pool again. And if the sun is not shining and no electricity is generated, we get 100% green electricity from the grid. These are just 3 examples of many smaller and larger ideas that we have implemented in the renovation of the house for more sustainability. We look forward to further tips that may arise during the stay and that will take us step by step on the way to an ecological future. IMPORTANT: The house is situated in a residential area and there are neighbors on both sides. The house is not suitable for groups who want to spend the nights with garden and barbecue parties.
