These beautiful Kefalonian villas are situated in the beach resort of Lassi, near Argostoli. There are 5 luxurious air-conditioned Aggelatos Villas set in a stunning location overlooking Kalamia's sandy beach. All the villas are built and furnished to similar luxurious specifications with marble tiles. The space As you enter your villa, you will find yourself in a spacious, air conditioned lounge area consisting of 2 sofas (one of which converts to a double bed), a coffee table, and a grand TV. A large kitchen and dining area is opposite. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker (full sized oven and hob), refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, and everything you need to make yourself at home.This level includes a small WC.From the living area you can step out onto your private veranda, relax and drink in the spectacular views.Descend the marble stairwell and you will find two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, one with twin beds, and the other with a double.Each bedroom is furnished with twin night stands, a dressing table, and fitted wardrobes.The main bathroom is also on this floor, where you can enjoy a relaxing bath in the full-size tub. Guest access Our guests have access to a shared pool and a beautiful stonebuilt bbq area located near the parking area. There is also a beautiful seaview from the bbq area. Other things to note Due to a steep incline from the road to the entrances, these villas are not suitable for people with walking difficulties. There is also no wheelchair accessibility available. Please be advised that the Greek government have a mandatory climate tourist tax of 8€ per night for all guests staying in all of Greece. The tax is payable in cash upon your arrival.
