'Bossanovolima' studio for 2 guests

This bright and spacious studio is located on the 1st floor of the building along with 2 other studios. It has its own door, bathroom, and two balconies - a front and one at the side. It lies on the center of the graphical and quiet village Ano Volimes, just 5' drive from the Shipwreck view. Traditional mini-markets, tavernas, old churches, an old windmill, and two football pitches are among the village attractions. In a range of just 4-15 km, there are several lovely beaches or diving spots. The space This two room apartment has its own individual entrance made of a wooden staircase with a dozen of steps. On top of the stairs, there is the main room with two wide single beds, a fridge, a microwave oven with hobs and a satellite TV. Also, there is a small sink with cupboards above it and a kettle along with the basic crockery/cutlery for coffee/tea. There is as well a second bedroom with a double bed separated by the main room with a wooden door. The ideal number of guests is related to the bed capacity and is up to four- but a folding bed or a travel cot can be provided upon request (extra fees might apply). An individual spacious bathroom with a bath exists as well. Free WiFi access and floor fans are also provided and included in the price. Brand new windows with shutters and a tent have been fitted in this studio this year. A small window in the bedroom and a wide one that leads to a balcony from the main bedroom/living room provide the apartment with light and fresh air all day long. Iron/board and hairdryer upon request. Our private libraries located on the ground floor give guests free access to books, comics, board games, CDs and DVDs- even though the libraries are constantly reconstructed... You can enjoy your breakfast, cocktails or dinner at our lovely veranda at the entrance of the building. Cooked breakfast or lunch are not included in the price of the room, but we always offer free Greek coffee, teas, honey, homemade marmalade, several types of cereal, bread, fruits and biscuits/cakes to the guests. Shared full-equipped kitchen and washing machine are located on the ground floor, right below this apartment and are available under agreement with the management and/or other guests for part-time use. Smoking is permitted only at the open spaces of the building and strictly prohibited in the rooms or the libraries. Guest access Besides their own private space at the room, the guests may have access to the rest of the premises of the club. Kitchen and libraries are available to use from 8.00 am-9.00 pm. Other things to note One small football pitch (5x5) lies just 50 m away from the apartment. A great opportunity for a summer match - check for availability . Not to forget mentioning the great football tournament that is taking place every August and attracts dozens of fans from other villages of the island and visitors. Just further down the hill where this pitch lays, there is a regular sized football pitch ,where the local football club ELATIAKOS hosts the teams of the same local division. Both pitches are available for football lovers during the summer months. Worth mentioning also the religious celebrations of the two local churches of the two Volimes villages and the great feast that follows and leads to dancing all night long.Several beautiful beaches like :Xigia, Makris Gialos, Pelagaki, Alikes and the Agios Nikolaos Port are in a reasonably short distance with a vehicle.
