Immaculate new build house well suited for professional working locally or a base for guests keen to explore the local countryside. Guest bedroom with double bed, excellent storage for luggage, ensuite with shower, self catering, new shaker style kitchen, laundry room with washer dryer for guest use, WiFi broadband & TV/DVD player. Easy access to main roads, A3, M25 and M4 within a reasonable distance. Nearest train stations are Farnham or Farnborough. I'd really like you to have a great stay! The space Guests have full use of the kitchen, laundry room, dining and living room area. There is a rear garden with patio and table with chairs for when the weather is good. During your stay I look forward to meeting you if checking in on Sunday afternoon / evenings and telling you all about the area over a cup of tea. I tend to work way from the house for most of the week and back at weekends. I'm available on phone and email for any queries. Other things to note No smoking, parties or events. Please avoid the private bedrooms other than the guest room. If using the allocated off street parking please park as far over as possible in the double parking area.
