This cozy accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people on 70 sqm and stretches over the ground floor and the first floor of a quiet apartment building. With a separate entrance for you, you have your privacy here. Easy walking distance to stores, and Essen-Steele S-Bahn station is a 6-minute walk, giving you easy access to the surrounding area. First bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160×200 cm), a reading chair and a balcony that offers a magnificent view of the garden. Second bedroom with 1 single bed, wardrobe, reading chair and TV with Wi-Fi. In the living/dining room you will find a sofa bed with TV and direct access to the terrace, ideal for relaxing. The well-equipped kitchenette invites you to cook. The bathroom contains both shower and bathtub. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony. For your comfort, we provide bed linen, towels and toiletries free of charge.
