Nuneaton Comfy and Quiet-Own Bathroom-Room 2

We have a large quiet comfortable home to share with you. A bright and airy double room, with its own private bathroom. Comfy lounge or conservatory can be used. We provide a light breakfast. A full breakfast can be provided with notice - at a small fee. Ample parking in front of the house and an EV charging point. We are 10 minutes from the M6 junction 3, 5 minutes from Nuneaton station by car/taxi. George Eliot Hospital (5 mins walk). We have two rooms on AirBNB if extra room required. The space Our house is a large friendly place. We have a private lounge just for you, or please share the conservatory with us if you need a spot of company. You can make a drink in the kitchen, and in the summer sit outside in the garden. Breakfast is served in the conservatory. Next to the house we have a protected woodland area and lake. There is ample parking on the drive and an EV point. are is located 5 minutes from Nuneaton, has train services direct to London Euston (1 hour) Birmingham (20 mins) Coventry (10 mins) and services to Leicester and Rugby. We are close to the M6, M69, M42 and M1 and 5 minutes from the A444 which goes between Coventry and Nuneaton and the Ricoh Arena (15 mins). Breakfast is tea, coffee, juice, cereal and toast. You can have a full breakfast if you give us notice (for a small extra fee). If you need another double bedroom with private bathroom look at our other room on AirBnB "En suite Peace, Quiet and Comfy R1". Occasionally we have our little Granddog staying with us. She is friendly and excited to meet people. We have another livsting if you require two double rooms. Guest access The Bedroom has its own private bathroom across the landing with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin. It has a wardrobe and drawers. All rooms have built in USB points, so you only need to bring your charging lead with you for phones tablets etc Guests can have their own use of the large comfy lounge, with tv, dvd, wifi, and films. You may use the kitchen for beverages. The conservatory is shared with us - and that's a fabulous place for your breakfast too. We work from home so will prefer guests to be out in the day after 10am until 3.00pm. During your stay We are happy to spend time with you if you want, but also happy to leave you to your own devices. We can help direct you to local attractions and places plus have a great taxi firm 1 minute away if you need one! Other things to note Our house is our home, and we would like you to feel at home too!! Please appreciate that there is NO smoking or vaping in the house. Food is to be eaten in the conservatory.
