The accommodation is located near Bad Schönau (spa community), Kirchschlag (Passion Festival) and Krumbach (ice skating). You'll love the location on a hill next to forest and meadow in nature. Ski resorts and hiking trails on the Wechsel are easy to reach. In winter you can cross-country skiing and downhill skiing - in summer hiking and biking. This place is suitable for city dwellers in need of recreation, families and travelers with a dog. The property is next to the forest and is wildly romantic. The space You have a modern renovated attic that looks right into the greenery. You will not lack any comfort. The rural can still be felt well in this place, also because of the barn. At the same time, the facility is also characterized by our preference for the Asian region (Sri Lanka, India, Nepal). Guest access You have the entire attic of the house and can also spread out in the garden as you like. The sauna can also be used by appointment and a flat rate of €30 per sauna session. Please ventilate the hut well afterwards and leave the ventilation flap open overnight. You can give us the fee upon arrival together with the municipal tax - €2.60 per night per guest from the age of 16. Other things to note You live in the house on the converted, 70 m² attic floor. The ground floor serves as a depot and is not inhabited. So you have the place all to yourself. You can cross a bridge directly onto the garden terrace. Every 2 weeks someone comes to mow the lawn and tend the garden, whose herbs and fruits you can use. You can also buy fresh eggs from the neighbor. You have 2 TVs with satellite reception (Astra1). Wi-Fi access via fiber optic cable can be installed on site via QR code. Wiener Straße is 100 m away and can be heard especially in the morning and evening. One dog is generally allowed. Please bring a deposit of €100 in cash on arrival in case of increased cleaning costs. This will be transferred back to your account within the EU no later than one week after your departure. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other pets, cats or several dogs at once.
