Two-story holiday villa, the one intended for guests is mainly the upper floor with the features described above. The downstairs floor is inhabited by the owners. It is equipped with a swimming pool and a hot tub with a large solarium area that are available from June to September (weather permitting) and with a small extra contribution on site. The space Villa surrounded by greenery for those who want to stay and be in contact with nature for a relaxing vacation. Possibility of excursions to the archaeological areas that are about 20 minutes away. Cooking lessons of local culinary specialties are organized. Swimming pool and hot tub access times: 9:00 a.m./1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m./7:30 p.m.; for the use of the swimming pool, wear a swimming cap and pay a fee on site. Guest access Guests have free and private access to the house on the 1st floor; the outdoor spaces are shared. Other things to note The accommodation is located: 30 minutes from Catania airport, 7 minutes from the highway to Catania, Syracuse and the seaside areas, 8 km to Valle dell'Anapo and the Necropolis of Pantalica, a UNESCO heritage site, 4 km from Sortino and 10 km from Melilli.
