Equipped and decorated to create a warm and cozy space, perfect for having fun and enjoying Seville with all the amenities after an intense day of sightseeing or to relax in the middle of nature. Built in 2019, it is equipped with everything you need to make your stay more comfortable. It consists of a magnificent living room with TV, a sitting area with a sofa, and a dining area, with a large and warm open fireplace (currently out of service due to renovations). The bedroom is integrated into the same space as the living room but perfectly delimited and presided over by an iron headboard, a large 1.50 double bed and a visible wardrobe to unpack your suitcase upon arrival and feel at home. The independent and fully-equipped kitchen has a design fully integrated with the environment, with a large window overlooking a small pine forest to relax while cooking. Nespresso coffee machine. The full bathroom with an outside window has towels and a hairdryer. It has an iron and ironing board. There is no washing machine but there is the possibility of using the host's (see supplement, it is not free). Located on a 3000 square meter plot, it shares common areas with the host who lives on the same premises and his 3 dogs (a pinscher and two Chihuahuas) such as a large 50 square meter swimming pool, fountains, picnic areas, a viewpoint, gardens... The access is paved with direct access to the highway, and free parking is located next to the house.
