Our house on the beach.

Our house is in a quiet residential neighborhood in São Sebastião. The house has 2 suites with air conditioning and a fan. Both are served by 2 kitchens and a large, airy balcony with tables for dining and rest. And parking for cars. We are very close to incredible beaches and Ilhabela and São Sebastião. On the same street there is a supermarket, pharmacy, gas station and bakery. We also have beach chairs and sun umbrellas for guests. The space The suites are comfortable, with cable TV and internet. Our garden is a delight, and the balcony helps a lot on hot days, and for an outdoor lunch. Guest access Our guests can enjoy the entire outdoor and ground floor area of the house, which includes 2 kitchens, a garden, garage, toilet and large balcony. Other things to note It is a suspended family house, with independent external facilities.
