Hi everyone! You are most welcome! A modern, light-flooded 2-room apartment awaits you in the best old town location right on the Old Market. And although it is located in the middle of the city center, you have no car noise, as it is located in a small pedestrian alley. There are floor-to-ceiling windows facing south. The bathroom, kitchen, floor and furniture have recently been renovated. The city harbor is 200 m away, the pedestrian zone 500 m away. Warnemünde Beach is 15 km away. The space The 50 sqm apartment consists of two rooms and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, also easily accessible by elevator. The whole apartment is fully equipped and at the same time functional and cozy. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed for two more people. The bathroom has a full bath with bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils. There are washing machines and dryers in the basement. Washing tokens for this are in the apartment. All appliances such as TV, kettle, hairdryer, iron, etc. are provided. A baby cot and high chair can be provided, as well as a folding bed. Towels and linens are also provided. Guest access The entrance to the house can be reached from a small pedestrian alley to the left of the Old Market. Go up one floor or use the elevator. Our apartment is then the first door on the right. The complex has an underground parking garage, but unfortunately we do not have a parking space. For a short time you can park right around the corner at the Old Market. For longer stays, I recommend public parking and parking garages nearby (max. 300 m away, €8/day).
