2RWhg in the old town and absolutely central!!!

Hi everyone! You are welcome! A modern, light-flooded 2RWhg awaits you in the best old town location directly on the old market. And even though it is right in the middle of the city center, you have no car noise as it is located in a small pedestrian alley. There are floor-to-ceiling south facing windows. The bathroom, kitchen, floor, and furniture have been recently renewed. The city harbor is 200m, the pedestrian zone 500m away. Warnemünder Beach is on 15 miles. The space The 50sqm apartment consists of two rooms and is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building, also easily accessible by elevator. The whole apartment is fully equipped and at the same time functional and at the same time cozy. In the bedroom is a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed for another two people. The bathroom has a full bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and utensils. In the basement there are washers and dryers. Laundry brands can be found in the apartment. All appliances such as TV, kettle, hair dryer, iron etc. are available. Cot and high chair can be provided, as well as a folding bed. Towels and bed linen are provided. Guest access The house entrance can be reached from a small pedestrian alley to the left of the old market. Go up one floor or use the elevator. Our apartment is then the first door on the right. The complex has a parking garage, but unfortunately we do not have a parking space. For a short time you can park right around the corner at the old market. For longer stays I recommend public parking and parking garages nearby (max 300m away, 8€/day).
