The space The Coach House is the perfect countryside escape for couples, solo travellers, families, or friends looking to relax, explore, or enjoy the great outdoors. Set on a working farm, this beautifully converted and self-contained property blends rustic character with modern comforts in a peaceful rural setting. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge area with a TV including Google Chromecast (as TV signal is pretty poor due to being in the countryside, but we want you to still enjoy your favourite shows during your stay, instructions are provided within the property over how to use this if you are unfamiliar with a Chromecast) , Wi-Fi, and a large bathroom, with roll top bath—everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Fresh linen and towels are provided, and heating ensures a cosy stay all year round. Guests can enjoy use of the on-site tennis court and children's play ground (used at your own risk). Take advantage of the property’s access to local footpaths, leading to scenic walks, charming pubs, and nearby attractions like the English Heritage Wrest Park House and Gardens. Just a short drive away are Woburn Safari Park, Luton Hoo, and the amenities of Milton Keynes. As a working farm, you may encounter local wildlife during your stay, and you might even be greeted by Ginny, our friendly resident dog who loves to meet new guests. There is plenty of undercover parking on site with shared access from the road. We’re also well connected via the M1 and A1, and only a short drive from Luton Airport and local train stations offering direct links to London, Bedford, Brighton, Peterborough, and beyond.
