Price of apartment also includes secured private parking place in front of the house and private roof terrace which is available in period from 15 April to 15 October (in winter period roof terrace is closed due to weather conditions). Private roof terrace contains hot tub (jacuzzi) for 6 persons (American brand Hot Spot), bar, dining area, sun and swing chairs, solar shower, big LCD TV and HI-FI, as well as comfortable bathrobes and slippers for full experience. We want our guests to feel like they are at home so every guest has his own bathrobes and slippers, to make roof terrace experience even better. Also, in bathrooms you will find hair and body shampoos, toothbrushes, sanitary pads and many other toilettries. Apartment is located only 2 minutes of walking from supermarkets, bakery, bank, bars and pharmacy, 5-6 minutes of walking to the historical old town (Diocletian's Palace), 10 minutes of walking to nearest beautiful beaches Bačvice, Ovčice and Firule with various daily and night contents, 10-12 minutes of walking to hosipital Firule and tennis courts and only 2 minutes of walking to children's amusement park.
