The space Do not expect a fancy, resort-like property, this is a big rural house for rent in Los Barriles, on a hill with great views of palm trees, the blue sky, and the ocean. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets. The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is wide and open with views to the outside, the house comes with its own palapa and BBQ area with two big grills, or just chill in the living room and watch some tv, youtube, or Netflix (local cable provider: SKY). The house has high-speed Starlink internet. We have a Wi-Fi 6 mesh network to keep the speeds strong across the whole house. Ethernet access is also provided in the kitchen's bar which also serves as an area to work with a laptop. You can also take advantage of the huge land (1.5 acres) to play games outside with your family and friends. We have a couple of property caretakers living on-site (in a separate casita). They'll be there to help you if you need them. Guest access You'll have access to everything in the house. Please note the Wi-Fi signal might not reach most of the patio/yard zone as it's a big property and Wi-Fi usually reaches not much further away than the inside of the house. Other things to note There are two cellphone antennas on the property next to the house. We love them because they are made to look like palm trees and give us excellent reception but it might be an issue for those who don't love huge fake palm trees (we've got tons of real ones around by the way).
