Large skipper's house at the southern end of Marstal with both courtyard and lawn, sun and shade. A stone's throw from the most beautiful playground at the harbor, sailing and beach, pedestrian street and the best baker in town. The kids fish on crabs, the adults play golf, tennis or do kayaking or pack a basket with lunch and stay on the beach all day long. The whole island is a beautiful and exciting acquaintance - naturally and historically. The space The rose house is located in the south-eastern part of town, very close to the harbor. We enter the house through the garden through the kitchen door. Here is a small hallway, left bathroom and right kitchen. Through the kitchen into the dining-living room. Here is a wood burner and a cozy corner. Inside the next living room there is a sofa bed and a bunk, as well as a desk. From both living rooms there is access to the staircase to the 2.5 bedroom upstairs. From the the bedroom window there are views of the sea and the beautiful beach houses on Eriks Hale (if you stay on your toes, that is). If you lean out the window and look to the left, you will see the big marina and the historical mole. Guest access You have access to the whole house and the garden.
