Games Room: Our huge games room - sitting area, bar, PlayStation, pool table, table football and table tennis. 9 acres - gardens, woodland and paddocks. Many peaceful sitting areas to enjoy the amazing views. Guest access You will have access to the whole barn, complete with separate luxury games room and large gardens. There is a large dining table in the barn kitchen which seats 12 comfortably and 14 at a squeeze. There is outside dining at the barn for 12 people. Other things to note Additional Charges: Early Check in (from 10.30am): £250 Late check out (until 7pm) : £350 We have a 3 night minimum stay, however, do message if you are looking for a 2 night stay. It is sometimes possible midweek and low season. Guests often host celebrations at the barn, and invite guests just for the day/evening - we have a £30 day guest fee. Events - do contact us to discuss events, we can host almost anything from weddings, dinner parties, yoga days, barbecues, corporate off sites. Our Events manager can discuss your requirements and send through costs. For smaller groups - you can rent Lavender cottage (up to 6 guests).
