Welcome to our charming cottage, decorated with care and imagination. The countryside to rest, with the comforts of a fully equipped home! private access to a large terrace and stunning forest views. Nestled in a farmhouse dating from the early 18th century, you're invited to discover Brittany and its beautiful historical places. The Gite is decorated with our memories, from trips, walks... you have access to the park and fruit trees. Come and experience the Breton adventure! The space This beautiful house, independent of our home, offers beautiful rooms to stay for a vacation, a weekend, a wedding or all types of events! Decorated according to our ideas, we named it "Old School gîte", memories found during our walks, handcrafted furniture, handmade decoration, this is what best sums up this place, nestled in a green setting, it's a real "haven of peace", where animals have found their place, a bit like us actually! The accommodation was completely redone in 2011, and the decor and bedding are new. We accept pets by prior agreement with a supplement of €30 per pet-stay, to be paid on the day of your arrival, or via Airbnb. breakfast option on order (Sunday-Monday and Tuesday) €12 per person. This listing includes; A large equipped kitchen, fridge, ceramic cooktop, 60 L oven, range hood, microwave. coffee maker and accessories (kettle, toaster). A living area with a 140 cm quality sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi. Bathroom, with spa shower, storage and toilet area. Direct access to the terrace overlooking the animal parks, forest, garden area, relaxing armchairs. Upstairs, a large landing with a 160 cm sofa bed with a screen partition (second bedroom). A large bedroom with a 180 cm bed, Simmons brand, which can be divided into 2 90 cm beds, each with its own independent bed base. and a 90 cm bed/crib. a baby crib can be provided, upon prior request. this accommodation has a capacity of 7 beds, for short stays (weekends, weddings...) but its configuration allows 5 people to live there on a daily basis. the accommodation is rented with the beds made, bath towels on arrival, everything you need to cook, and basic necessities for the bathroom. the price also includes all water and electricity charges, there will be no unpleasant surprises. we will advise you on places to go, restaurants and cultural events that may take place around us.
