Guest access There are 7 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms to the ground floor, one being en-suite. 3 bedrooms to the first floor, 2 being en-suite. A house bathroom also on the first floor. A utility room with washer and drier included in the price. Then 2 further bedrooms to the second floor with a shared bathroom also to this floor. A large lounge with a 42 inch TV. A huge hallway which hosts a large pool table. A kitchen with breakfast bar to seat 4/5 people. Plus a dining room/ additional T.V. room. Dining table seats 18, more at a push. There is an outside storage shed in which you can keep bikes. Fresh bedding and towels provided. Please also note this house has 2 additional adjoining flats which are tenanted by single tenants both of which have separate entrance ways to the main house. Other things to note Common space specifies 2 cribs. These are in the cupboard on the landing and will be put out on request in whichever rooms required. All rooms are large enough to fit a crib. The 3 sofa beds referred to in the common space are the single fold down chair type which again will be put out on request in whichever room preferred. These are probably best suited for additional beds for children to sleep on although can be used by adults. Please note we don't provide cot bedding for babies/toddlers; so please bring cot bedding with you should you need it.
