The apartment is located in Holtendorf in the district of Görlitz, in the immediate vicinity of the city of Görlitz. It is a self-contained apartment in our single-family home. The apartment is newly furnished and very spacious with a living/bedroom, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with tub. On the terrace you can enjoy the view of the countryside - somewhere behind it is also the Landeskrone! The space The apartment is very spacious. It has a large living and dining room with exit to a south-facing terrace. There is also a large separate kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with tub and shower. A total of approximately 80 square meters are available. Guest access The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home, which was completed in 2012. The apartment was ready to move into in 2017. The entrance for guests is accessible separately from the street.
