Cosy double room in 4 bedroom detached residence in quiet area. Off road parking space, security camera. Approx 1 mile from J7 M3. On bus route to Basingstoke Town centre and Railway Station. Supermarket/Garage within 5 minutes walk. Easy road access to all areas of Basingstoke. Easy commute to Winchester, Andover, Fleet, Farnborough and other towns along M3 corridor. The space Upstairs room has a double bed with memory foam mattress, tv, fibre broadband, wardrobe space, drawer space, bedside cabinet. Kettle to make tea, coffee, chocolate and biscuits in room. Shared bathroom with owner with bath and overhead power shower. Toiletries & towels provided Guest access Welcome to use lounge, garden, conservatory shared with owner. Also welcome to use kitchen to make tea, coffee & light snacks. Will provide cereals, jam, marmalade, butter and bread to make toast for breakfast if required at no extra cost. Also can store items in fridge and use washing machine. During your stay I am easy going and will give my guests privacy but I am available for a chat or if you need any advice or assistance. Other things to note I am a lady of older years but young at heart and share my home with a 3 legged cat called Bobby
