Summer villa ( only for June-August )

2 floors house. In the first floor: 50m2 living room, 60m2 playing room with table tennis and football table, kitchen, bedroom ( with private WC and sink ) ,tv room, shower room, 3 wc. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 wc. Big terrace around 50m2. The space Big old wooden house, lots of space for everybody, big room for kids to play where you can find as well tennis table and table football. Very big living room where you can enjoy lovely sunsets. Big terrace and grilling place. The kitchen is simple but with all the amenities you need. In the middle of the finish nature but not far away from Savonlinna and Imatra. Outside lots of space, big trampoline for kids to jump, badminton, volleyball, 10 minutes walk to the lake. 10 minutes drive can get to several beautiful beaches. Guest access the guests will have access to all the house and sauna. Other things to note This is our summer home. We rent it only once or twice during the summer. Please leave it in the way it was when you arrived. I would like to make noticing that the house is in the forest, so for the people that don’t have experience I suggest that when you go to take a walk, explore, or picking up berries use rubber boots, there is always the possibility to meet snakes and helps as well against ticks and other insects. In 20 years, and having kids all the time visiting us, our girls were 3 and 6 years old when we bought the house, we never had any problems with “wild animals” . There will be boots in different sizes for the guests to use , if they want.
