A comfortable home to stay when away from home. Basement studio with 1 Queen bed, small lounge area sofa/daybed (sleeps 1 person), TV, dinning area, kitchen (Microwave, Crock Pot, Toaster, Kettle, Nespresso Machine), own private bathroom (shower/toilet/hand basin). Parking is available on our driveway. In walking distance to Durham College Oshawa, Ontario Tech University, Campus Oshawa. Shopping plaza’s, Restaurants, Costco, Recreation Centre close by. The space Laundry : Laundry area is shared on main floor. Guests booked for more than 21 days are allowed to use in-house washing machine and dryer. I provide washing detergent and softner. Guests booked for short stays (less than 21 days) can use the washing machine and dryer. I provide washing detergent and softner and it is $15.00 per load for short term bookings only. EV Charger : We have a EV charger and we do charge a fee per charge. Please advise what make of vehicle you have. Guest access Access to the studio is via the main house entrance. Parking is available on our driveway. During your stay We are available for questions via WA, Message, Phone call or in person. We are a comfortable and relaxed home and generally home to answer queries or give information. Other things to note We have pets - friendly Corgi dogs (so a Royal welcome 😉)/ cats. Dogs and Cats are not allowed downstairs. Security camera is located at front door entrance of main hallway. An outside security camera is located by the front door.
