Our house has a terrace with a large dining table for 6 people, a small garden with sun and a beautiful view of Caldana and the Maremma. Since the living and kitchen area extends over 2 levels, you have a beautiful view from the kitchen over the living room with its cozy seating area and the open fireplace. There is also a small guest toilet and you can reach the upper floor with its two double bedrooms and the shower-bath via the rustic staircase. The holiday home is located on the outskirts of Caldana , a pleasant holiday resort that is praised for its charm and hospitality. The 900 soul village, which has lost almost nothing of its beauty and originality over time, lies with its dominant church building on a hill so typical of Tuscany, from which you have a wonderful view of the Maremma. Although it is a small place, you will find everything you need here.
