In addition to the Aga, there is a hob and a conventional oven. The covered back door leads into a utility room ideal for shedding muddy boots and hanging up coats. A formal dining room seats 8/10 comfortably. Lovely comfy sitting room with large TV opens into small sun room with French doors into garden. Front door opens onto spacious hallway with inner hallway beyond and downstairs cloakroom. A second sitting room/office has armchair, sofa and desk. Upstairs there are four large double bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms. A family bathroom serves the third double-bedded room and the twin-bedded room. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. We would prefer you not to use the main office, there is a workspace in the second office with good access to WiFi . Other things to note Five minutes walk from the house is a highly regarded historic pub which serves gourmet food and hosts delightful music evenings. A village pub with child-friendly garden is easily accessed through the back gate, as are the village shop and bakery.
