Oakdene Cottage

In a coastal location, only 100 yards from a popular sand/pebble beach, this single storey cottage is opposite the owner’s home, in a private residential area. Bognor Regis seaside resort is a short drive, whilst Chichester with its cathedral, Festival Theatre and Goodwood and Fontwell races, are all 30 minutes drive. Within easy reach are Arundel Castle, Pagham Nature Reserve, the South Downs, Littlehampton, Worthing, Brighton & Portsmouth. A shop & pub are half a mile & Supermarket 4 miles. Other things to note Children or pets should not be left un-attended in the front garden or on the road and they should not be allowed to stray into the back garden of the main house by mistake, as a pond and swimming pool in the garden of the main house are hazardous. There is no access for guests at Oakdene Cottage to the back garden of the main house or to access the beach through the back garden of the main house. The beach can be accessed by going out of the main gate of the property and walking 20 yards along the road to a public pathway. Please do not allow any pets to jump onto or lie on the sofas, chairs or beds. Pets should not be left in the cottage alone. Please ensure that you pick up any dog fouling and dispose of it either in the toilet or in a sealed plastic bag in the dog waste bin at the end of the public footpath.
