New, well equipped with big garden

A dream come true! This house, built Dec 2020, on my big piece of land, to greet family, friends and visitors and be a beautiful, comfortable basis for a holiday in the countryside close to the sea, the forest and all the nice shopping and restaurants of the small city of Trosa. Well equipped. Big garden. The space The house is modern and has lots of light, yet in traditional Swedish style. It has 70 sqm of area on the ground floor (big open livingroom/kitchen/veranda, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There are 2 big lofts - one closed and one open. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are basic necessities like spices, toilet paper etc. Linen is included. As the house is built with children in mind, you will find some toys, a barbeque and other things that a modern family on holiday can enjoy. There is wifi, although for the moment still not very strong. The garden is big enough that we will not disturb each other (my own house is on the same piece of land). Good for electric cars, i have a loading station. Guest access You have the full house to yourself. You share the very big garden with me and my visiting familily members - and possibly also with anybody staying i the mini guesthouse.
