Gîte: La Fermette des Weppes

Farmhouse consisting of an independent gîte. 10 min from Lille, 20 min from Louvre Lens and 45 min from the coast. The vacation rental consists of 4 bedrooms, one with a cinema screen and the other with a private bathroom, a living room with kitchen, a small additional shower area, 3 toilets and a sauna The gîte is located in a small farmhouse that we live in. The gîte is independent of our home. The garden is common to the gîte and our home No smoking allowed The space Farmhouse consisting of a self-catering cottage and a shared garden. The pool can be optionally heated up to about 27 degrees ( let us know 2 days before your arrival if you are interested in this option ) The pool is accessible from June 1st to August 31st Exceptionally in 2026, the pool will be accessible from May 24. Guest access The entrance is private so there are no constraints for your comings and goings except to close the entrance gate. Other things to note Check-in and check-out times must be respected. Schedules can be adjusted according to your requests and our possibilities. The cottage is a private place, visitors are accepted only by authorization, if any guests want to join you please change the number of guests on the Airbnb site in order to be in line with the rules. You have 2 hours after your arrival to report damage or a device that's not working. We'll ask you to respect the place and take care of the place. Bath towels are not provided. Linens are provided for a minimum two-night rental at a time. Sheets are not provided between December 24 and 26, 2025 You must bring your sheets for a single night's rental for obvious hygiene reasons. Charcoal and BBQ lighter are not provided. We also thank you for not using our firewood to operate the barbecue. The vacation rental is composed of 5 double beds, two sofa beds (width 120 cm length 185 cm) We can put an extra mattress (200x90) for the fifteenth or for your convenience. For optimal comfort, we recommend 12 adults maximum.
