There's a small convenience store near the house in case you run out of ice or soda. If you forgot to buy groceries or you're missing something that you can't even find in the oxxo, you can order it from our staff, who will also give you tips on the best places to buy food (additional cost). You're really not going to want to leave the house. You'll have all the comforts to stay in a super comfortable home with the unparalleled attention of our co-hosts. Guest access EXTRAS SERVICES FOR OUR GUESTS: A). - DAILY CLEANING: If you want daily cleaning, this is charged at $450 a day. This service is payable in cash. B). - GAS TO HEAT JACUZZI AND/OR POOL In our house we have a solar heating system to heat the water in the pool, which works fine when it is sunny, making it unnecessary to use the boiler. In cold or cloudy weather and depending on each guest, one can switch on the boiler to boost the water heating provided by the solar system. Since the pool is large and requires more gas and time to warm up, we need to charge $1,500 Pesos PER DAY for a gas charge to heat the pool IN HOT WEATHER to 30 degrees. In COLD WEATHER, the first charge to heat the pool is $2,500 Pesos to reach 30 degrees. If you want the pool water to be MORE THAN 30 degrees, you must pay an additional $2,000 PER DAY. Every subsequent day, whether it's cold or hot, if you want to keep the pool at 30 degrees, it costs $1,000 PER DAY. C). - LATE CHECK OUT Regular check-out times are at 11:00 A.M. The above is in order to give us time to clean, let the place dry, tidy up, water the garden, disinfect, fumigate, and so on.Should you want to stay longer, we can extend your stay until 5:00 P.M. at an additional cost of $3,000 Pesos which, like everything else, must be paid directly to our co-hosts.
