The "Kraftplatz Claudiaschlössl" is located in the heart of the lakeside village of Kramsach in Tyrol. The space The 180 m² vacation home is a venerable Tyrolean middle floor farmhouse with lots of charm and history. It offers generous space for up to 8 people who want to relax and have a good time together. On the first floor are the large, very well-equipped eat-in kitchen, the beautiful 60 m² living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet and one of the four bedrooms. All rooms have original Wagner windows, high ceilings, are well cut and deliberately designed. On the first floor are the other three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Both floors are connected by an internal staircase. The bedrooms are designed differently and invite you to retreat in their own way. In the light-flooded double room on the first floor, you sleep in an Indian canopy bed. A changing table and a baby travel bed can be set up there if desired. Another canopy bed is in the double room on the ground floor. A slightly smaller room has a French bed, suitable for one person or a couple. The largest room is equipped with two single beds, a large work table and a Biedermeier sofa. The spacious living room with parquet flooring, carpets, floor cushions, armchairs and sofa is a place to be together. Here you can read, play, listen to music, practice yoga, dance, watch movies or simply relax. The eat-in kitchen is generously equipped and invites you to cook together. There is a dishwasher, three-plate cooker, additional induction plate, pizza cooker, separate oven, fridge with freezer, blender, egg cooker, toaster, mixer, a fully automatic Jura coffee machine (for beans) and plenty of cooking and eating utensils. On the ground floor is the vaulted bathroom with large rain shower and sink as well as a separate toilet. On the first floor there is another bathroom with shower, sink and urinal as well as a separate laundry room with toilet. The accommodation includes a private wooden terrace with a large table, benches, umbrella and sun loungers. We will gladly provide an American barbecue grill on request. Guest access The cottage is at your disposal alone and is located at a good distance from the castle. The parking area in front of the vacation home up to the entrance of the guest area is part of your private outdoor area during your stay. The large wooden terrace quickly becomes an extended outdoor living space. The power place Claudiaschlössl is located in the middle of the village and is still surrounded by a green belt. This creates the feeling of retreat and closeness to nature. At the same time, shops, restaurants, tourist office and ski bus are in the immediate vicinity. The Rattenberg train station is also within walking distance.
