NOTE - No parking at the property - parking permit supplied (car park is approximately 15-20 minute walk from the property). An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for Mayors Avenue Car Park, valid between the hours of 3 p.m. to 10 a.m. ONLY from 25 May to 1 September. There is no time restriction from 2 September to 24 May It is also valid in Dartmouth Park and Ride Car Park: All day – any time. Several steps to reach the decking area with the views over the river. The property allows up to 2 small dogs. Strictly No Smoking This cottage is not recommended for people who have mobility issues.
