Two minutes from the beach, studio with beautiful sea view

The city of Chebba is a coastal city 40 km from Mahdia, 86 km from Sfax Airport and 80 km from Monastir Airport. A la carte restaurants, fast food, cafeterias are located along the coast. Swimming, diving, snorkeling and other water sports are the main entertainment to practice. The studio with terrace is located on the 2nd floor of my villa about 150 m from the beach. It is accessible through its independent entrance containing a parking lot. This studio, accessible through a covered staircase of 40 steps, is secured by an alarm system and video surveillance cameras. It consists of a 30 m² bedroom containing a kitchenette equipped with a 2-burner electric stove, sink, 100 l minibar, washing machine and an electric oven. The bathroom contains a sink placed on a drawer unit, a hanging bowl and a shower cubicle. The water circuit is supported by a booster in case of lack of pressure in the water distribution network. For safety reasons, hot water is provided by an electric water heater. The double bed is equipped with an orthopedic mattress. Linens and bedding are put in a wardrobe offering several storage possibilities. A single sofa bed and a convertible baby bed are there to use. A solid wood folding table with armchair, a second table and 4 plastic chairs are available for all purposes. A 40" flat screen TV is hung next to the large south side window. The studio has access to a large 35 m² terrace where relaxation is guaranteed. In fact, grilling is provided by a barbecue and sunbathing is done privately and quietly on the 2 sun loungers with mattresses. Cleaning and disinfection of the studio are provided after each departure of a vacationer. A stock of: _toilet paper rolls _antibacterial cleaners are stored under the sink and in the bathroom at the disposal of guests. Properly equipped and well positioned, this studio offers a serene and comfortable stay to its occupants.
