Stylish penthouse apartment in Duesternbrook

Welcome to Kiel's most exclusive residential area - Düsternbrook. The flat is located only 700 m from the Kiellinie and the Landtag Schleswig-Holstein. It is ideal for business travellers who are looking for a quiet and tasteful flat. The flat has a modern kitchen and a small core-renovated bathroom (February 2020) and has everything you would find in a good hotel room. Please note that the flat is on the top floor. The space I want you to feel like you are in a modern hotel room in my studio flat in Düsternbrook, near the water. That's why you'll find an extra suitcase rack for your suitcase. Coffee is also provided for. In the kitchen there is a new DeLonghi Nespresso Inissia with a welcome capsule. There are also some toiletries in the bathroom. You can log into your Netflix or Amazon account to stream movies on our Smart TV. You can watch regular free TV via Waipu TV, all channels in HD quality. There is also Wi-Fi in our flat, so you can work / surf comfortably from the couch, the counter or the bed. If you have any special wishes before your arrival, such as a full fridge, please let us know and we will get you some goodies. Guest access A small staircase leads from the hallway at the top of the building to the new studio flat, which is located directly under the roof on the 4th floor and is therefore very quiet. The house does not have a lift. A little movement is therefore included.
