This is a large spacious house. Two twin rooms and one double room, each with en-suite toilet and shower room. The kitchen diner is open plan and can seat up to 7. The well equipped kitchen includes a full- size dishwasher , filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave, slow cooker, air fryer, crockery cutlery, glasses, pots, serving dishes, casserole pots, fridge freezer with water dispenser. There is a large bright comfortable lounge at the rear of the house with seating and Smart TV. The space This old house is very spacious. It is very well appointed and decorated in a contemporary style. Right in the heart of Port Ellen it is perfect for walking to pubs,restaurants, shops and public transport. Close by are beaches and fabulous walks. Within 3.5 miles are the iconic Laphroaig, Lagavulin and Ardbeg Distilleries. It is 3 minutes walk from the ferry port. Guest access Guests are free to use the whole house, the drying green, the laundry shed for washing machine and tumble dryer. There is seating and a table in the garden. Other things to note We would recommend that all guests if travelling by ferry contact Calmac prior to travelling to check on the status of the sailing you are booked on or download the calmac app. Travel insurance would be recommended as sailings and flights can be cancelled at short notice due to weather conditions and technical issues. If your sailing is cancelled please let us know.
