Eydehavn, Calm and simple apartment

Small and nice basement apartment for rent, located in a quiet neighborhood 5-10 minutes walk from both grocery store and bus. Buses run into the city about every 15 minutes. Upstairs we are two adults and one child (1yo). So ther emight be a bit of playfull sounds from above, but it should be pretty soundproof. If for some reasons there is too much sound please contact us and we'll try to keep it calmer. :) The space The apartment is a 50 square meter apartment with kitchen, living room and bathroom. Very clean and clear apartment with all the basic items you need. Perfect for single or a couple on a trip. Guest access As guests with us, you get your own entrance to the road locked with a code lock. There is also a small garden with chair and table that can be used for sitting outside. Other things to note Eydehavn has a nice frisbee golf course and some nice hiking areas just a few hundred meters from the house. There is camera surveillance in the Carport that can be available for parking that is deleted automatically every month. This is only checked for vandalism. If you want to avoid a camera, you can park on the gravel site past the house in front of the playground.
