There is a small bedroom (1) on the ground floor - with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet - with a single or on request - double bed. At first floor, there are a total of 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 2 is a spacious bedroom with 3 beds. A large comfortable king-size bed of 200 cm x 200 cm (to be converted into 2 single beds) and 1 single bed. It is the master bedroom where you will be awakened in the morning by the rising sun and the chirping birds. Bedroom 3 is also very spacious and sleeps 4: a large king-size bed 200 cm x 200 cm (to convert to 2 single beds) and 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 is not very large. There is a bed of 90 x 200 cm. and there is enough space for an additional baby cot. This room is south facing. In rooms 2, 3 and 4, there is definitely room for a crib. We ourselves make 2 available. In bedroom 1 there can be a baby cot provided there is a single bed. Bedroom 5 is a " tiny " bedroom but very comfortably furnished. There is a single bed ( 80 x 100 cm. ) In the living room downstairs is a divan bed for 1 adult or 2 children. Be sure to let us know about the arrangement of the beds. We can then prepare everything in advance. All the windows of the bedrooms can be darkened and have mosquito netting. Upon arrival, we make the comfortable beds for our guests, in accordance with the number of guests booked, and prepare the bath linen. A total of 10 - 12 guests can be accommodated. Max. 6 - 7 adults. This is best discussed in advance. On the ground floor, there are 2 fully equipped bathrooms, both with a shower (1 with a large walk-in shower) There are also 2 toilets on the ground floor, 1 in a bathroom and 1 separate toilet, next to the bedroom 1. The living space downstairs is very attractive due to its design and the materials used. Also for guests who come alone or as a couple. If you want to write your own personal book in peace, then you are in a good and safe place here! In the winter months, the pellet stove provides cozy warmth. There are air conditioning downstairs in the living area and upstairs on the landing, close to the bedrooms. The house is well insulated. On very hot days, the leafy garden is always a pleasant temperature. In addition, we have provided fly screens so that you do not suffer from insects! The kitchen is modern and fully furnished with dishwasher, oven, large fridge, washing machine, drying cabinet, etc. , so you can try your latest recipes to your heart's content. Basic herbs and the like are provided by us upon arrival. Of course, there are also plenty of kitchen towels. Are you short of something? Feel free to ask us! We are happy to deliver it. Finally, in the enclosed garden, in the middle of the greenery, there are some loungers, a garden table and cozy corners to dream away with an exciting book. In the summer, a children's pool is available for the little ones. In the evening, after the barbecue, you can nestle around the fire pit and tell stories. We always provide enough firewood for winter and summer. Furthermore, there is also a large playhouse with swing and slide for the little ones, and an original go-cart (like by the sea!) is ready for the somewhat older children ;-) Your favorite animal is also welcome. However, the bedrooms, pool and spacious area of the pool are off limits to pets. Now unpack your suitcases and fully enjoy the tranquility and the green surroundings. Guest access The holiday home and associated garden are completely separate from the hosts' house. There is ample and safe parking. The entire home is available to our guests. No space needs to be shared with anyone else. The enclosed garden and orchard is also completely private at your disposal. The swimming pool/play pool, on the other hand, is in the host's garden but is only available for our guests in July and August in the afternoon. We cook them complete privacy.
