Important: There is a booklet with all the necessary information on the coffee table in the living room with an overview of equipment and house rules. This is in English. This describes amenities, Wi-Fi code and stereo/TV. Read through the booklet so you are informed. Parking: You can park in the driveway to the house in front of the garage. Garage is not available for AirBNB No parties or pets. Access to the house: You can use almost the entire house except for my office. You have 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms. And of course living room and kitchen. I usually live in the house, so my stuff is there, but I hope you'll be comfortable in my home. I'm usually away at work when you're here. The TV takes some time to start up, so you don't have to set anything. Read the info in the booklet about TV/stereo! Turn on the Rikstv box and amplifier (see booklet) The TV will turn on after a minute or two. There are AirBNB logos on some doors, and some with X over the logo. The latter indicate that this is not for use by AirBNB. The fuse board is in a separate room with an X over the logo in the outer hallway, but if anything needs to be done, please contact us by phone. The alarm is turned off. Don't turn it on. Fire alarms are always on. If the fire alarm goes off, you will be contacted via a speaker in the living room from the security company. Kitchen: In the kitchen there is a remote control for the ceiling light. Use the switch on the wall to turn it on and off. With the remote control you can dim the light if needed. In the cabinets you'll find most of the equipment you need. Heating: The fireplace in the living room can of course be used. Firewood for the fireplace is next to the fireplace and more outside the front door. There are 2 thermostats in the living room, and 1 in the bathroom. The heaters in the bedroom also have a thermostat and are mounted in the heaters. You will see the temperature in the display. The thermostat in the living room is behind the TV on the wall. The second is near the kitchen behind the special long white lamp and the table and the light for the home office. (There is a black remote control for the studio light in the home office.) In the bathroom you'll find the thermostat right inside the door. Cleaning: The cleaning fee covers normal cleaning. Guests clean up after themselves and hand over the house as it was upon arrival. Remove the bed linen and place it in the bathroom. Empty garbage in the garbage containers outside. Normal garbage sorting. Paper, residual waste, plastic and glass/metal. There is hand sanitizer, surface sanitizer and gloves in the hallway. The house is clean and tidy. There are guest beds that can be set up if desired with the possibility for a total of 6 people. If something is unclear or if there is a problem, please let me know. Welcome and good luck. Regards, Magnar
