Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent. The space The downstairs bedroom has its own deck area outside, and there is a patio area with outside table and a barbeque (you will need to provide your own charcoal). We often have a tawny owl in the garden. The second bedroom, upstairs, can be a twin or superking double. There is a Tassimo coffee machine in the kitchen. We will leave you a few pods for you to try, but feel free to bring your favourite pods. There will also be tea and coffee in the Annex, along with some milk in the fridge. The downstairs shower room has an original Victorian flowered toilet. Guest access Along with the 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/diner, shower room and bathroom, you will have your own patio area with an outside table and bbq (you will need to provide your own charcoal). Also the downstairs bedroom has a terrace with table and chairs. You are also welcome access the lawn and woods. Other things to note We have plenty of wood to keep the wood burner going throughout your stay.
