Local details to help,you choose what to do. Your own family size bathroom with all you may need,toiletrie,quality linen and towels, dressing gowns provided. Local convinence shop and pub ,with food in walking distance less than 4mins. Hickstead next door. The space National trust and gardens to visit. What ever takes your fancy. Close to events at Hickstead, half a mile. Hassocks railway station -10 min away--to London (50 mins) Brighton (15min). Walks in the countryside, in local villages + pubs for drinks and food. Kitchen can be used, with washing machine In summer the conservatory and garden can be used. Full continental breakfast provided. I am retired and live In the house. I do not have pets. But a country person who rides horses and travels, enjoy meeting people from all walks of life. Guest access From your own 3 rooms, you have use of kitchen to cook/ heat your food and washing machine , ironing etc. In warmer months freedom of conservatory and garden to relax. During your stay I am around to answer questions, or on the phone. Willing to help,as I have lived in this area all my life . Be here when you arrive to see you in, and give you a key. Other things to note I do have stairs to your own rooms. Only a few, with bannisters to help.
