The Recanto da Serra house is very cozy and comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms (one of which is an en-suite with a balcony and hammock), a living room and an open kitchen (with a fireplace in the living room), a social bathroom and a balcony with a barbecue area. It has cable TV, a fireplace and a barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, a refrigerator, a stove and a sandwich maker. It is fully furnished and I offer bed linens. Great location, it is in Conceição de Ibitipoca, at the entrance of the village, about 500 meters from the center of the village. Ibitipoca State Park is located 4 km from the house. Guest access The house is NOT shared with other people. When booking, guests will have access to the entire house and access to a cozy second-floor balcony with a hammock and mountain views. In front of the house, there is a large lawn. The location of the house is privileged because it allows the guest privacy and tranquility to rest while being very close to the center of the village where it is possible to find bakeries, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Another highlight is that the house is just 3.5 km from Ibitipoca State Park, where the most beautiful waterfalls, mountains and caves are located. The path from the house to the entrance of the Ibitipoca State Park is all paved, facilitating guest access. Other things to note Only Vivo and Claro telephone networks work in Conceição da Ibitipoca. The house is not shared with other people. After a reservation is made, guests who book will have access to the entire space, regardless of the number of people. There is no gas station or ATMs in Ibitipoca. We do not provide bath towels and toiletries, please bring them. We provide bed linens (sheets with pillowcases and blankets) for your convenience.
