Independent charming apartment with private entrance. The apartment is composed of a master bedroom with large bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a second living room with pool view, a private bathroom, an equipped kitchen. A large 8x4 m pool in a beautiful garden with solarium, outdoor dining table. The pool is for renters only. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our villa. The space Sheets and towels are not provided by the property but you can request them at the time of booking if you wish to take this option with a payment of 25 euros on site. Our villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac in Saint Georges d 'Orques a village 5 minutes from Montpellier, 20 minutes from the beaches and less than 30 minutes from wonderful tourist destinations (Sete, Saint Guillem le desert, le grau du roi, Aigues Mortes...) The apartment is suitable for a single person, a couple or a couple with children or people traveling as part of a work mission, family visits, sightseeing or stopover. Check-in after 6:30 p.m. and no later than 10:00 p.m. with check-out between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. The end of stay cleaning fee is not included in the rate. They amount to 20 euros per hour. You can settle in or clean the apartment yourself. Bachelor parties and other parties of this type are not allowed. A security deposit of 200 euros is required upon arrival. Refund will be made following the condition of the premises we are a couple with two children. We travel a lot and we like to receive with respect and good humor.
