Charming self-contained apartment with private entrance. The apartment is composed of a master bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a second living room dining room with pool view, a private bathroom, an equipped kitchen. A large 8 x 4 m swimming pool in a beautiful garden with solarium, outdoor dining table. The swimming pool is reserved for tenants. The apartment is on the ground floor of our villa. The space Sheets and towels are not provided by the property, but you can request this option at the time of booking for a fee of 25 euros on site. Our villa is located in a cul-de-sac in absolute calm in Saint Georges d'Orques, a village 5 min from Montpellier, 20 min from the beaches and less than 30 min from wonderful tourist destinations (Sete, Saint Guillem le desert, le grau du roi, Aigues Mortes...) The apartment is suitable for a single person, a couple or a couple with children or people traveling as part of a work assignment, family visits, sightseeing or stopover. Check-in from 7 p.m. and no later than 10 p.m. with a check-out between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. End-of-stay cleaning fees are not included in the rate. They amount to 20 euros per hour. You can pay for it or clean the apartment yourself. Stag and hen parties and other such parties are prohibited. A security deposit of 200 euros is required upon arrival. The refund will be made following the condition of the premises we are a couple with two children. We travel a lot and we like to receive guests with respect and good humor.
