Vieux Logis a beautiful Ardennes holiday home

"Vieux Logis" is a unique 17th century vacation home (for 6 people) in the Ardennes in Membre sur Semois. Has been completely renovated and equipped with modern comforts such as wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. A bathroom with a bathtub. The interior walls are made of natural stone, the ceiling is made of oak beams, and the wood-burning stove exudes a cozy and warm atmosphere. In front of the house there is also a decorative garden. Pillows, down duvets are provided. It is MANDATORY to bring your own bed and bath linens. The space IMPORTANT!! to know... electricity consumption (0.50 euro/KW) and wood (100 euros/half m3) is NOT included in the price of the vacation home. Will always be followed very accurately by the meter reading at day and night rate (on arrival and departure). Will be deducted from the 100 euro deposit that must be deposited into our account at least 14 days before arrival. As soon as the 100 euro deposit is in our account, the code of the key safe will be passed on. Included: accommodation tax, water consumption and trash cans, free WiFi Pets are welcome provided they comply with certain conditions (including covering the salon with plaids). Please never leave dogs alone in our vacation home. In bench is negotiable. Excrement is cleaned up by the tenants. Around the house, there is a complete fence so that the dogs cannot run away. . On the terrace, you have a side view of the Semois, which is only 50 meters from the house. Our vacation home is cared for and maintained with great attention, cleanliness is of great importance to us! Leaving extra dirt = extra cleaning cost above those 50 euros! Guest access Guests have access to every room of the vacation home. Excluded is the storage room where the sign "private" hangs. The main heating is our wood-burning stove, and the bedroom on the 1st floor can also be heated with it through a hatch that can be opened. On colder days, additional heating can also be provided with electric heaters in each room. Other things to note Please note that the toilet is upstairs in the bathroom. (Steep stairs!) Keep in mind that the consumption of electricity and wood is still to be paid. (= pay according to consumption) Is accurately tracked by the position on day and night counter.
