Private, self-contained annex suite near Woodstock

Located in the peaceful village of Shipton on Cherwell just two miles from the Oxfordshire Cotswolds town of Woodstock and the world heritage site of Blenheim Palace. From the main road, 400m away, there is a bus connection to Oxford every hour (8 miles away). Just minutes away from the Cotswolds and Bicester Village designer shopping outlet. With one double bedroom and a single bunk bed, it is ideal for couples, small families and work travellers. Only two miles from Oxford airport. Free WiFi. The space The annex is very easy to find if you read and follow the instructions to check-in . The annex part of a main house but is completely self contained for your own privacy. It has a separate living/dining/kitchen space, a shower room, a double bedroom, a double bunk bed room and a utility. It also has its own separate entrance from the main house and access to outdoor patio. Due to the increase electricity/house bills, there will a little single use charge of £5 for the washing machine. During the winter months, especially due to the frequent temperatures below zero the sky light glass panel/windows above the living area are temporarily covered with insulation panels. We have a travel cot that you can set up and use (you will find it on the top of the wardrobe in the bedroom) please for the bring your own bedding for the travel cot, thank you! PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE ME IF YOU NEED MORE THAN THE DOUBLE BEDROOM BEING PREPARED DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS (OBVIOUSLY THIS APPLIES ONLY IF MORE THAN 1 GUEST ARE STAYING). Guest access The garden is shared with our main house but there is a corner dedicated to our guests. We have a trampoline with protective net for your little ones. Other things to note If I am away with work and I cannot welcome you personally, there is for your convenience, next to the door a codes secure and I will let you know the code prior to your arrival.There is an external entrance safety camera NOT pointing the inside if the property.
