The space This stone-built villa has been welcoming guests since 2009. Its character is authentic to Zakynthos — thick stone walls, high ceilings throughout, and a vaulted wood-panelled ceiling in the main living area — paired with the modern comforts of air conditioning (hot and cold) in every main room, fast Wi-Fi throughout, and double-glazed high-security windows fitted with shutters and mosquito blinds that keep rooms quiet and insects out. Living area — A bright, open-plan room with a comfortable sofa (folds into a double bed for two extra guests) and a 43-inch HDTV with satellite channels. An LG sound system with aux-in is ready for your own playlist. French bifold windows open straight onto the private patio. Kitchen — Fully equipped for real cooking, not just reheating: fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils. Bedrooms — Bedroom 1 has a double bed and wall-to-wall wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has two single beds with a drawer cabinet — ideal for children or friends. Bathroom — A modern, fully-tiled shower room with a reliable hot-water supply, hairdryer and fresh towels. Outside — Your private west-facing patio sits within a fully fenced garden — genuine peace of mind if you’re travelling with pets or small children — and is furnished for outdoor dining. The evening light turns gold around seven. A BBQ is set up for grilling, and private parking sits directly outside the villa, with room for two cars or four scooters/motorbikes. Also available: safe, iron and ironing board. Guest access You have exclusive and private access to the entire villa, the patio, and your own parking space. The garden is shared with the other villa next door. Other things to note • Registered with the Greek tourism authority — Licence Number 1059970. • Pet-friendly: one well-behaved pet welcome at no extra charge, just let us know in advance. • The property’s exterior common areas are monitored by surveillance cameras for guest safety (no cameras inside or on the private patio). • The villa does not have a private swimming pool. Two good public pools are within walking distance and welcome our guests. • We live locally and are always a call, text, or short walk away if you need anything during your stay.
