A home away from home with everything you could need for a short or long break. A luxury holiday home on a family friendly holiday park set in beautiful woodland area. Gas central heating, double-glazed, decked terrace, private woodland garden, fully equipped kitchen and parking for 2 cars. Playground, Heated outdoor swimming pool (small charge May - Sept, £1 per person per day), gym and clubhouse to use as well as the beautiful woodland to explore and ducks to feed. The space Our year old luxury lodge is clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We have tried to make it a home away from home as we try to use the lodge ourselves as often as possible. It comprises of 1 king bedroom with walkin wardrobes and ensuite bathroom which includes a bath and shower. 1 twin room with 2 full size single beds. Main bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cuboards and worktop space, includes washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Tasimo machine, microwave, fridge/freezer. We will supply tea, coffee, sugar to make your stay comfortable. The lodge also has its own WiFi. The lounge with a double sofa bed, fire and smart TV opens out onto the decking area leading into the large woodland garden. Plenty for children to explore and there is also a playhouse and slide to use. Come in August and pick the blackberries in the garden for a nice crumble. **There is a small pond in the garden with tadpoles/frogs in ** **We supply all bedding/bed linen and hand towels ONLY for each bathroom** **Please bring your own towels for the pool and beach. Only hand towels will be provided** **Travel cot, high chair and bedding also available on request** Beauport Park itself is very pretty and each plot has its own parking area and private gardens. Most owners live on the site all year round which brings a great community feel to it. There is a lot to do onsite and in the local area. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool, a fully licensed bar and restaurant, sky sports, entertainment for children and adults, arcade games, pool table plus an onsite gym. Beauport Park is situated 10 minutes drive from Hastings seafront and historical old town, with lots of things to see and do. Battle Abbey built in 1066 also offers plenty to do and some lovely shops to visit. Rye is a short drive away too making the lodge an amazing base to enjoy the surrounding area.
