Sunny guest house in garden - Grebbestad

The guest house is in our sunny garden, in a calm area in Grebbestad with mostly summer houses. Surrounded by trees, bushes, gardens and small hills. Very little traffic, only the few cars belonging to our closest neighbours. The house is 25 m2 plus sleeping loft, has a lot of natural light and high ceiling in the living area. Walking distance (7-8 minutes) to a beach and jetty, camping site with large playground and mini-golf, and nice walkways. Small grocery store within walking distance. The space 4 minute drive from the center of Grebbestad. Walking takes 25-30 min. Walking distance (6-7 minutes) to a beach, camping site with large playground and mini-golf, and nice walkways. Small grocery store within walking distance. 3-4 minute walk to public football (soccer) fields and boules. 30 min/38 km from Strömstad. 20 min/15 km from Fjällbacka. Guest access You will have access to a patio, part of the garden and parking for 1 car. No washing machine in the guest house, but possible to use ours upon agreement. Other things to note No parties or loud noise outside will be accepted in the early morning or late evening - out of respect for our neighbours. Please notice that the toilet is «cabin style», not water closet. It is emptied between each booking.
