The space This is a character-filled building and is not the "perfect boutique hotel" so many guests desire nowadays. Hallways and doorways, historical costume pictures decorating its walls, views over Bath and beyond, you will adore this apartment. The Dressmakers Salon occupies most of the first floor of this gothic Victorian villa situated on the lower slopes of the Wells Road close to the River Avon and the South entrance into the centre of Bath. Set back from the road, behind an iron gate, this gothic wonder was once a Victorian Schoolhouse. Its owners have lovingly rearranged it into five uniquely decorated apartments. Guest access This is your apartment for the duration of your stay. Its all yours. However you also have shared use of the pretty cloak room on the ground floor and the from patio. Other things to note This is a most unusually spacious property, but the single bedroom is very tiny and comes off of the sitting room. You have use of the front patio which you would share with other guests.
