Roaches Hall is a stunningly unique Victorian manor house that sleeps 30 guests. Rich in history it was once the home to Lord Brocklehurt and his famous zoo. What really makes Roaches Hall a stunning venue for you and your guests is the incredible location, views, and walks straight from the front door. Step back in history but with modern fixtures such as a 60 inch TV, surround sound music system, pool table, table football, outdoor table tennis table, and Xbox console snug. The space Sleeping 30 guests in 13 unique bedrooms (5 doubles, 6 twins, 2 quads), 11 bathrooms, and loads of space for your guests to be, everyone will love staying at Roaches Hall. - 13 bedrooms (5 doubles, 6 twins, 2 quads), including a ground floor bedroom with ensuite with disabled access - 11 bath/shower rooms (including disabled accessed wet room) - Dining room to seat 34 - Lovely spacious living room for all guests, as well as a second lounge with a mini pool table - Granite fitted kitchen - Bed linen (except for cot linen as we find parents prefer bringing their own), big fluffy towels, electricity, heating and firewood all included in the price - World-famous Roaches Rocks, a short walk away - 3 country pubs within 5 minutes drive, 1 is a 15-minute walk away (Ye Olde Rock Inn) - Outdoor full-size table tennis table + indoor table football - 7 foot Pool Table - Xbox Snug Room for both young and old kids - There is a large dining room for everyone to be together, as-well large living room with comfortable chesterfield sofas, a games room with a pool table in, and an Xbox snug, for kids both young and old to escape to. There is an accessible bedroom on the ground floor with an accessible en-suite bathroom. Please let us know if you need us to provide a ramp for access to the house. Please note we are based next to a public footpath, and don't allow Stag groups that are looking for a loud weekend away (we do accept those wanting a relaxed countryside escape). We are offering the Sunday night for free on weekend bookings. Guest access Lots of parking on site available. Other things to note There is 1 accessible bathroom which is the en-suite to a ground floor bedroom. Please let us know so we can leave a ramp out to access the venue.
